Well, this infographic that I made was to show you the importance of knowing what a digital footprint is and the bad or good things it can show us with how we act online, I also showed you how you can change that and how you can feel safer online. The application I used to create this infographic was Canva, it is a great application to help you make lots of things and is definitely my go-to when doing projects like these it is the most user-friendly app and helps you clearly and help you make projects like this.
Personal/Social Competency Reflection
Some of my preferred strategies for maintaining a healthy, balanced online presence include, I am a smart human when it comes to online personal information because I do not post anything that is very personal, and I am not a rude person and most importantly I do not change who I am online then I am in real life. I think that is a way that helps me maintain a healthy balanced online presence because its important to be the same person in real life and online and feel true to myself.
I think my experiences as a digital citizen, me being a sports fan I follow a lot of sports teams and sports accounts on social media which has influenced my choice of course/hobbies/teams because I play lost of sports and I like watching it on T.V which is what influenced me to being a sports fanatic.
I make digital ethical choices such as being very cautious and always monitoring what I say or post online and having all my social media accounts on private so only a selected amount of people can see what I post, and I can choose who I allow to see them in order for me to feel say and not harmed when doing something online so I won’t get tracked.
