the way I manage my stress is by taking a walk outside with my family because I like having walks with my family and because we get to connect with each other because my family and I barely get to have time with each other. everyone in my family is busy with something like work and school. another thing I do to cope with my stress is playing with my pets my cat and dog are everything to me when I’m feeling down or feeling stressed I usually go and pet my cat and dog because they both make me happy. technology has impacted my stress level to be good because online I have friends to talk to and play games with. how I can use technology to support my well-being is by listening to music, playing online games with friends, and entertaining myself.
