February Reflection

I can show a sense of accomplishment and joy, and express some wants, needs, and preferences. I can sometimes recognize my emotions. 

In warm-ups in marketing I recognize my wellbeing and health with some of the questions, for example: “what inspires you to do your best?” it made me think about what inspires me and how it inspires me.

I can recognize my strengths and take responsibility for using strategies to focus, manage stress, and accomplish my goals.

The way I can work towards this attribute is by thinking of some strategies I use to stay focused and de-stress. Some of the ways i can do this is by fidgeting in a non distracting way and by eating food to de-stress.
