Hi my name is Jacob. When I was younger all I wanted to do was go outside and play sports all day. When I started to get a little bit older let’s say 6 that’s when I first became interested in joining an actual sports team. Since I was still very young and impressionable I always wanted to do what my brother did. When I first found out he was joining soccer I knew I had to because I wanted to be better than him at everything. This has happened all throughout my life and has influenced my decisions greatly. To this day I still play soccer and it has become a huge part of my life. Not only has my brother’s influence made me like soccer but has also gotten me interested in a variety of sports. Besides my brother one of the people most impressionable towards me was my grandfather. When I was younger me and my brother would go over to my grandparents place all the time. We loved spending time with them especially in the morning. Every time we went there was a new toy and a even better breakfast. My grandpa would make root beer floats with ice cream for breakfast and made us promise not to tell our mother. When I started to get older I became more and more interested in video games. They were so much fun and so new to me at the time I was hooked. They were such a good source of entertainment it was like playing your own cartoon instead of watching. Till this day I am still hooked on video games and probably won’t stop being hooked until I am much older. Throughout my years of being in school I never hated it. According to everyone else I just kept on getting lucky with the teachers I was getting. Even if they were hard I never had a truly mean teacher. These amazing teachers have helped guide me to where I stand today and I believe have made me a better person.
