Fitness and Conditioning: Basketball Class

This class is designed for dedicated student – athletes who want to participate in 90+ hours of intense on court basketball instruction to augment their training, and help participants achieve their individual goals. The majority of class time is spent focused on individual skill development and offensive/defensive concepts as well as sport specific fitness and theory.  The period 0 class happens before school and runs on a linear schedule starting at 7:30 AM four days a week from September to November and April to June.
