Fitness and Conditioning 11/12: Football Class

This course is designed for athletes who wish to develop sport specific fitness and skills. Students will focus on a wide variety of advanced conditioning programs such as plyometrics, interval training, running, and weight training as they relate to football. Specific physical components of the course will include speed, agility, weight training and quickness. Special emphasis will be placed on developing individual skill development programs that best meet the student’s needs. This course is open to grade 9, 10, 11 students. This course will run in the AM block during November-June.
