Core Competency Reflection

When I need to boost my mood or re-focus, I eat food, drink water, at home I would play with my dog, and talk to my friends.

When I am sad, angry, or frustrated, doing something I enjoy such as biking, cooking, and eating helps me be more productive or calm.

Some short/ long term goals for myself include being less of a procrastinator, exploring and going more places, watching more movies. and my plan to achieve them is to find encouragement and how to enjoy the activities the most. I’m working on this goal to enjoy life and learn things early on so I know them in the future.
