By using Google Drive, you can share your files with others by copying a link.

  1. Go to Google Drive
  2. Upload the files you would like to share with others (if unsure how to upload a file or a folder, click here)
  3. After clicking and opening up the folder or file you would like to share, click share. (the icon should be in the top right corner)
  4. Under People, type in the email address of the person you would like the share the file with. You have the option to share the file with anyone with link. You can do that by changing the setting below.
  5. Click send or you can copy the link and send it to others.

Instead of sharing your screens to show a file or a document when doing a zoom meeting, you can upload the files on Google Drive, then copy the link and posting it under the chat, so others also have access to the files.
