Roast Chicken

This is the first recipe I made at home this semester, last year I used to cook a lot but I stopped when my coarse load got hard but I’m glad I started to cook again. I missed cooking at home. I decided to make a roast chicken because chicken is my favourite meat and I can’t get enough of it. I also made my own dip; yogurt, lemon juice and garlic. I wanted to make a dip to dip my meat in. It was an easy side recipe to make but it really added to the meal. Lastly, I wanted fries, so I cut up some yam and potatoes into wedges, I then added olive oil and some seasoning to it to give it some flavour and it turned out really well. Next time I would just put it on parchment paper because some fries stuck to the tray. All three recipes turned out well and I really enjoyed it!
